We don't really do LTL freight. We do full truckload flatbed freight mostly. Steel plate, scrap metal, oilfield pipe, drilling mud, etc.

I could never be a salesman. I hate people. I'll stay in operations where I belong. In this position it's acceptable to yell at people when they screw up. And tell them they are stupid.

Extremely dependent on company, commission schedule, and most of all in golf, territory

That's easy. what if I we're to tell you that for no extra charge you can get a picture of the people you hate the most on the side of the golf ball?

You would get to smack the shite out of them 70-100 times a round, and blame them instead of your poor swing mechanics if things don't go your way.

Not to mention there would be the consolation of knowing that if the ball goes in the water, at least you kinda got to drown that a-hole on the ball!
