I love to hear the winter of fitness updates from yall beasts. Just a real nice example for all the baws out there.
Still wet and cold here this morning....will heading to the gym in a bit for #WoF bone crushing back and bis. Will throw in some abs and see what happens.

I do a very minimal amount of bis. Mostly hit bis during my beastly back workOut. I hit tris VERY Hard and heavy.
Big tris don't hurt your swing but too big bis do hurt. my guns are half the size they used to be before I started plaYing golf.

Our course is still swamped from yesterday but open today ..it's cold and windy and gray but I just saw two die hards walking the course from my warm kitchen window. Those baws was bundled up ears and eye balls. Not golf weather to me

Walking makes it tolerable.
They were probably warm.
Just killed an hour of cardio and some light deads. Bout to shave my arms and hit'em up with some spray tan, to accentuate the definition and show people-yeah...this guy lifts.
