Winter of Fitness rolls on. not even a cat 3 hurricane today could keep me away from smashing the iron today baws. today was leg day. yes, Leg day…other known as December 35th to most of the weaklings I see…legs are the foundation for everything we believe in.

#WoF status update:
Down almost 10lbs in 3 weeks with just diet modifications (weight watchers). Lifting and cardio began this week. Played full court BB for 1 1/2 hrs tonight.

I just worked out a monster no carb and 7 cigs, rain is gone, party at Nerdland Sunday.
