well, ol tig shot an 89 today. probably the worst two day tournament since last years BR Open, no sweat though. killed about 5 BL's on my way to a frustrating bogey round of golf. (probably only made 4-5 pars all day/ no birdies) but whatev's God still loves me.

you don't get a drop when you go OB, you have to rehit. If his shot went out on the right side on #4 that is a lateral hazard and he gets a drop.
if he hits from that drop on the green and then 2 putts it is a 5. if he went OB left and dropped he's probably DQ'd.
