75 at Grand Bear in Mississippi today. And I played the par 3s in +6. Two doubles and two bogeys. Neither double involved a penalty stroke either. What could've been...

The course was pretty nice and in great shape if anyone has any desire to play there anytime soon.

Scoob,

You gotta hit at least one course over there. 2 rounds in 5 days of vacation is kind of the max. But since you're headed over there, and there are more badass courses within 20 minutes of each other over there than in all of S.E., LA you should see if Mrs. Scoob would ride and booz while you play. That's what I do. It works for one round. The other I end up hitting with a stranger. It's just too nice a place to be and not take advantage of some pretty courses.

ETA: my uncle lives at/is a member of Burnt Pine.
That's a bad mofo bro.

Yeah, it is a nice track. I'll call him when we go stay around 30A once a year, and he'll make the loop with me.

Has more than one, I believe, and both are overpriced. But nice enough if you're on vacation. If I lived there, I would have to join to get my coin's worth.

I got two spots at LaTour for Wed.

I know you're busy, just thought I'd give ya the heads up though.

I might ask, if I can't find anyone else to hit it with, if they'll give a rain check for the other one. If not,....fml.

ETA: to noone in particular, just anyone considering playing it. i did hear it was in awesome shape before that tournament tho
