Use to take 1 full day with a washout. Takes 2-3 hours now. It's pretty crazy. Guy brings in a piece of rock. It was a bunch of rocks glued together. Said that's your liner now. We laughed and said what? Then he held it over our hands and poured water on it, water went right through it. Craziest thing I ever seen.

I agree. Coppermill used to be my favorite course. Just like the layout and length. Could get awesome deals as well. Last year we could get on for $20 on the weekends. Now I don't even want to play cause the greens are so bad.

Gotta give you props for actually giving a shite about what goes on with the maintenance and superintendent side of things. 
We had a super and pro from a top course in MS come and talk about the working relationship between pro/superintendent.

We disagree sometimes but I always want to know what's going on. Members ask. We meet every Friday as well to talk about the course.

Exactly. Makes your job and his job easier if you communicate and know whats going on with both parts of the course (pro shop and maintenance).
