Course closed but gm making head pro stay to answer phones. Awesome dude he is.

You don't have an asst. pro for that? Our head pro would make him stay or one of the pro shop people answer the phones

I'm going play pelican Saturday. When did they close the lakes? They said it was just a nine hole course.

I'll rephrase my post.

Pelican gm made his head stay to answer phones.

If pelican would sell to good owners, they could make it an 18 hole course only and it would be a gold mine.

Art,

Links is 18 and lakes is a 9 hole course now. They closed it last year.

I should have specified better OutofTown. They were going to try and open 9 holes of the links around noon. For whatever reason I have no idea cause I know it had to be soaking wet. I doubt anybody played.

Just sayin, through the years I've known people have bad experiences with memberships. Especially when the Lakes closed

Mike it's still the same. That GM takes advantage of Andreas really bad. He is such a good dude but he gets treated as such.

No doubt. Doug is not a good owner at all. And the gm came from a retirement place in Bama. Has no idea how to keep active people happy.

I played well, and still finished way over par on the front.
+10

That was a tough round. Stopped three times for rain on the front.
That was Nitro training michael.

Like I said I wouldnt be complaining much about that unless it was because of stupid mistakes or just lousy putting. Bandit said you were hitting the AP's really good today. Good to hear.

Interesting and I agree Andreas seems like a really good guy. He's even given us free vouchers before and let me play free on the lakes course a couple of times.

And Net we had one quick shower pass over us at LSU today. Looked threatening all day but always seemed to go around us. The course was in fantastic shape. Not wet at all. They do a really good job out there.
