the mini is so new i have not seen one in person, but here is my take on it - If a person struggles that much with a driver and what to replace it with a mini driver say (290cc, with 43" shaft) why not find a 420cc or 400cc driver and cut it down to 43? I personally would rather hit a 400cc head vs a 290cc head off the tee given they are the same length.

I don't think that's the crowd who wants that club.

When 2 of the 4 par 5s are gimmicky and there is no risk reward then yes. I think they tried to put too many holes on not enough land. At least on the front 9. I agree with you about the greens though.

I will agree that I'm not a fan of 9 or 13
I've learned to play them but they aren't scoring opportunities at all
It is odd how night and day the front and back 9 are
They plan to reverse the order again once the new clubhouse is done

I replaced my 3w and driver. It worked out pretty good the snowman on 4 was not mini's fault. I tin cupped that bitch.

I hit the SLDR mini this weekend. I have no use for it. I could see how some guys who NEED more loft off the tee could use it, and some guys who need a longer 3 wood would THINK they want it. It can be hit off the deck, but it takes a skilled swing. It would be better for a high handicapper to get a more lofted 3 wood and learn to hit it straight.
