Easy fix to the shanks...take a spot just outside the ball...don't hit it.
On the range, just put a few tees out there...on the course put the leg of your golf bag or something close enough to it...

Sup bros? Just played Peninsula a little while ago. That was absolutely the strongest wind I've ever played golf in. My cousin broke 90 for the first time every today and in those conditions that was a really good 88. I shot 77 with a great ball striking round. Can't complain about much. Hit 0 drivers all day long
