I too had a really good lesson... I really like Rob's teaching style, very communicative and easy to understand what he was trying to get me to do.
Overall, my swing is in pretty decent shape. We only made a minor tweak to my grip. My left hand was a tad too strong, and so when I was back to the ball my clubface would be closed if I had everything lined up. But, to make a grip change after 20 years is pretty tough, so I'm going to need to practice that motion a lot, trying to keep my left wrist in line at the top, and not "bow" it to get back to that safe position at the top I was used to.
He also took a look at my wedge game, and made some big improvements there. I have always been a "digger/driver", so he tweaked my hand position at address to be more neutral (less delofted) and taught me to use the bounce of the club. Also quieted the wrists on the backswing. This was a tremendous improvement.
I will definitely go back, after a month or so of practice. I kinda felt dumb that all I had to do is make some simple tweaks, that I just couldn't figure out on my own. But that's why those guys are good at what they do... For anyone struggling, get some professional help. You can grind it out on your own, but they can see things that you can't, often in just 5-10 swings.
tldr: Rob is good.

Did they show it in GC coverage? I missed it. I can't imagine that'd be okay. Or viewed as acceptable.
It's within the rules. There actually isn't a rule that says what it has to be but only that it can't move or impact the playing surface in a major way.

Playing partner can always ask you to move the mark to a distance not in their line of sight.

Joap and I boiled in the rain yesterday. It cooled the pot and let'em soak longer. They came out perfect.

Just hammered out a 4 miler run in the heat. Gonna relax and watch golf instead of play and spend the day with my wife on her special day
