I'd just sneak out to the practice facilities at a nice course close by and practice until I got run off. If you wear a white belt and white shoes people will just assume you are good and not mess with you

Will it be open to the public? I was under the impression it was going to be private.

Probably private to anyone who isn't a already an established golfer, or isn't a junior golfer with the potential to make a splash in golf and get the facility notoriety

The golf practice facility offers local, regional, and national memberships. Members enjoy an elite golf practice facility where they can enhance their golf game by practicing on three regulation sized holes, play a 9-hole course, utilize 8 tour quality short game practice areas, and take lessons with some of the top PGA teaching professionals.

The Academy is owned and operated by the David Toms Foundation, a 501(c)3 founded in 2003, which has awarded over $3.6 million dollars to local children’s charities.

I guess you have to be a member?
Also being owned by a non profit, is this one big tax write-off?
