Now back to the real world, needed huge breaks to beat Dallas missing 4 defensive starters and Romo. Dallas with starters is better than Arizona with starters. Hell, Dallas with Romo even with all the defensive injuries is still better.

They really don't do anything particularly well except stop the run. They've been getting by on scrappy play, lucky bounces and (today) injured QBs.
They will falter because they cant slow elite QBs and their offense is below average.

I'm not trying to argue anything you said. It's all pretty accurate. I just said they were good and the cowboys would be fine.
