What we know about Michael Jordan is that he had all the physical attributes that NFL GM's drool over. Other than that, who the hell knows how he would have done on the football field if he traded in his J's for some cleats. Probably get lit up, would be my guess.

Lebron would be the greatest pass catching TE or pass rushing DE in the history of the league if groomed from early ages to play football.

He was. And I believe he one of the best WRs in the state of Ohio in high school before he quit to play basketball full time.

The real question is if his mindset would go well with getting hit. Could Micheal Jordan handle being physically punished?

What was impressive? Wasn't he in Single-A or some independent league and batted sub-.200? I mean it's probably way better than I would do but he's Michael Jordan.

.202 in Double A.

I guess impressive was an overstatement but still, just jumping in there from not having played since junior high or something was pretty legit.

He did make their spring training team.

Although an obvious PR stunt but still, he wasn't nearly as bad as most people act. I think he hit a fair amount of bombs too.

He genuinely loved baseball and I thought it cool that he tried. I remember that old Upper Deck baseball card from before he tried baseball that showed him just taking batting practice with the white sox.

I'd put him at FS play 3 or Man Free with him. He would've been great.

Well he's 6'6" and weighs 215. He'd be a WR, he's too tall to be a safety and not big enough to be a linebacker.

if he were all that as a soph in college and was playing football seriously his entire sports life at age 19, then he COULD HAVE put on 10 good lbs a year and been a fabulous OLB at 6 6" and 255 or so in the NFL.

He was at the weight that was ideal for slamming and jamming and taking a few lumps inside vs the big boys for a rebound.

i dont know why some of y'all are acting like his measurables mean squat.

we have no idea what his football IQ would be, how he'd react to getting hit by an LB over the middle in an era when you could crush fools, or if he could even catch a pass while being covered.

we don't even know if he could run worth a damn in pads (which just aint the same as running on a bball court.)
