THIS. Dude I’ve been preaching since that game Ty Law should have been MVP. It’s a total joke Brady won.

And the people saying Brady played better in XXXVI.

I guess the other 21 people on the field don't matter.

I'd say 505 yards on 28 completions is p good.

He was awesome last night. So yeah I'll go with SB52

Ok

Now make your argument on why Brady is better than Manning or Rodgers.

Please put that argument in this thread

Thanks

I assume BayouBengals will have a hard time making this argument, Brady's a great QB from the cerebral aspect like Manning/Rodgers but he doesn't possess the measurable attributes let's be frank the dude has limitations in his ability and A-Rod's probably the most talented QB to ever play this side of John Elway

It's almost like Brady hasn't been MVP of the league 3 times and isn't in the midst of unprecedented longevity.

Weird.

I've always said I thought Rodgers' peak was better than any other QB ever

So, I seem to have stumped you

Please explain in this thread, like you have so many times before, why Brady is better than Manning and Rodgers

I'll give you the longevity point but Peyton's been MVP 5x and set numerous league records at age 37 in 2013

Fumble is worse than a punt. They also went for it on 4th and twice he should have been picked off. Let's not pretend like he had his best game. Lots of RAC

You seem to have already blown off the very first thing I said, so no thanks.

I'll let other guys in this thread listen to how much smarter you are than them.

I want to hear why you think Brady is better than manning. That isn't really asking much

Brady has been the beneficiary of legendary coaching from top-down and their willingness to diversify their offensive systems, Peyton's essentially had to be the OC for the Colts/Broncos his entire career while his HCs were almost exclusively defensive coaches with the HC label, plus Peyton's measurables are superior he's basically the prototypical drop-back passer with supreme erudite QB intelligence to match perfect quarterback

I'll make one:

In their best 5 year stretches as measured by Approximate Value on Pro Football Reference, Brady (2007-2012) had a higher approximate value, threw for more yards, TDs, and fewer INTs than Manning (2003-2007). Manning had a slight edge in passer rating + average during that stretch.

Why their best 5 years though? Why not best 7? Or 9? Or 11? Maybe lucky number 13?

I understand you were just making an argument, but only using 5 years seems waaaay to small honestly

2013 arguably the greatest passing season in the history of the league and 5x league MVP, how many players actually achieve that accolade that many times? insane
