New term: slamflation. I just can't fake excitement after the 30th wide-open slam dunk in a game

Everyone who was loving the scoring in this game should checkout how much the spurs scored tonight

that's why i don't get the love/mythology of 80s basketball. it was just like this
runrunrunrunrunrunrun
runrunrunrunrunrunrun

Start another thread stuff the topic. That was a troll but it was actually a legit question. Not hating on then I just don't understand why.

probably because the highlight reel from the 80s is fun as shite compared to the average NBA game today
that's my guess anyway

i honestly don't know why
the team has a long history of rabid fans
also a long history of offensive teams (like the suns)

Yeah, it goes back decades. Recently, they've been desperate for a consistent playoff team. The Dallas upset was great, but it wasn't enough for us because they went back to crap right after that.

i mean, i'd probably go to up-tempo games like these occasionally if they were in my city
which is more than the zero games that i go to now

the suns and warriors are consistent offensive-based teams

@NBAGuru: Anyone who claims to not like NBA basketball should be forced to watch this Denver/Golden State in its entirety. They'll change their mind.

As an uninterested bystander I don't know how anyone could find this not entertaining. No defense displays the athleticism of the players to the average Joe (me) and ours like watching the big 12 so you know it's down to the wire as no lead is safe.

More lame: That air guitar guy in the Dr Pepper commercial or that Asian with the jersey under the t-shirt?

Last game was better imo but by far best series

yeah when you have an alley oop end up in an effortless reverse dunk and it's not really anything of note, you know shite is going down
