of course I knew. Idk it Any player ever has been as good as embiid this year considering the amount of basketball he played prior to his rookie year. And Certainly not Davis.

Well that is a big fricking qualifier since he missed his first 2 seasons.

But hey, a 22 year old played better than a 19 year old. Brilliant

Embiid is one year younger but has played 10x less games. Easy to see who has more room to grow.

He wasn't even able to practice until a few months before the season started. He went 2+ years without any contact. Up until a couple months before the season. And somehow that is an advantage to you.

An advantage over a 19 year old rookie stepping foot into the nba? Absolutely.

Yea, I'm sure he never worked on his game

He clearly would have been dominant coming into the NBA in 2014 like he was at Kansas.

We all know that college basketball competition > pros

Working on his game In a walking boot. He would've been much better had he not gotten hurt at all instead of taking two years with no contact. No game speed. Etc.

He also has orchestrated some of the biggest trade fleeces in the recent history.

Pels do it, clearly the player didn't have more value. Rox do it, More "fleeced" em.

Your troll game is weak bro.

I wouldn't say that. Embiid's per 36 minute stats are just as good or better than Davis'.

Curious as to what that has to do with the current thread.

Well sure, he'd be better if he was healthier.

Let's stick to the point though when comparing a 22 year old to a 19 year old:

quote:

We played against him in college and he was not close — he was good but not close to the player that he was at the start of this year.

And he's obviously a lot stronger and filled in more than he was 2 years ago

Then again, you constantly talk shite about AD's availability, while not applying that same logic here....

Can't call AD injury prone for playing 65 games a year when Embiid is averaging 7 per.

He needs to stay healthy before we can FAP to any of his stats.

To refresh your memory that apparently doesn't last more than 10 minutes:

LINK

Then you asked for links. Then I gave links, then you forgot why.

We didn't say he wasn't injury prone. We said the way his career has started he could surpass Davis and be the better player in a couple years.

That isn't what you said actually:

quote:

MEH give me embiid. already a better defender. 3 PT range. Etc. and he only played 60 or so competitive basketball games in his life prior to this year. Davis his him on athleticism and thats about it.

"Davis his him on athleticism and thats about it."
