will NBC still do a national broadcast for the game?

Yes they are under contract from sponsors and the NFL to televise it.

Seriuously, they came on the air during the Jets game and said stay off the roads tonight and overnight. Getting windy here and I am 75 miles Northeast of Philly.

The Weather Channel says the storm is fizzling and could only put 4 inches (not 14) on the ground in Philadelphia. Oops.

I've experienced hurricanes and blizzards. While hurricanes cause more destruction blizzards can kill people. Two weeks ago in Chicago was not a blizzard. Blizzards involve certain wind speeds, temps and snow. 70,000 people trying to get to and from a fb game during a blizzard is a disaster.

I actually think they should have played game, BUT people should have still been told to not expect the roads to be plowed don't expect to be able to get into and out of a parking lot and been told it's at your own risk and only essential game personal go to the game.

The orange line subway goes from downtown to the south philly sports complex. I think the mayor didn't want rescue personal saving idiots from the burbs who wanted to go to the game and end up stuck on the highways when you do have true emergencies during a blizzard.
