I just noticed this YStar person recently, and have yet to see a single post worth a shite.
Tony Stewart is innocent! Tony Stewart is innocent!
Is that better?
Why stop there, huh?
He not only couldn't see him, he also attempted to dodge the person who couldn't see by hitting the gas during a caution and turning his rear wheels toward him.
Tony Stewart is a fantastic human being without a history of doing stupid things like running out on the track, threatening other drives or showing any kind of malicious act.
There is absolutely no way Tony would attempt to spin dirt or nudge the kid and mess up, resulting in the kid getting killed.
He is innocent!

yes, that's usually what someone gets charged with when their actions directly kill someone.
quote:What a terrible analogy.
If i get into a bar fight and swing a bat at someone's head assuming that he would just duck, i hit him and he dies, i would be charged with murder bro.

This is a perfect parallel to a guy getting out of a race car during a race and walking all over the track. Like exactly the same situation.
Well the guy i was fighting at the bar was acting like a douche picking a fight with drunk guys at a bar. Parallel isn't too far off. Neither gives the right to "intimidate" another with a method that will kill someone.

You're not really helping your case there.

Uh, no. Frick yourself. I gave you the pages. Go read them or STFU.

I'm enjoying the debate. It would enhance the debate if you contributed opinions more than just a statement of disagreement.

Seriously, GTFO.
And how does this incident jive with the legal definition of murder?
quote:
the killing of a human being by a sane person, with intent, malice aforethought (prior intention to kill the particular victim or anyone who gets in the way) and with no legal excuse or authority.
Survey says, it doesn't Pretty much at all.

Hello pot, I'm kettle.
All you've said is "common sense," and "if I polled drivers, I'd bet they say." Not very compelling stuff.

Who is trying to help a case?
None of you guys will see Tony as being anything other than a victim EVEN IF they provide more video/testaments and then charged and convicted him.
You guys are set in stone. I'm not trying to change you, I'm just laughing at this entire situation.

The shite you're saying is ridiculous.

Who said anything about him being a victim?

very well if the intent was there.

You're on the jury now? Who is convicting the guy? We're having a conversation about what happened.
It's just you guys are getting all sensitive like you're Tony Stewart, so anybody saying anything that isn't "he's innocent" or giving some idiotic arse pull of an explanation to why he "accidentally" did it, gets attacked by the mob.

Its not. You are just being biased to an opinion you want to have.
quote:
There isn't enough evidence
Lets say Tony Stewart absolutely had the intent to hit him and deliberately make no effort to maneuver away from ward.
What evidence do you want to prove this? You're willing to let this man walk bc of a lack of "perceived" evidence?
