It's amazing what little evidence people need to convict someone.

uhm there is little evidence on both sides...so basically that can be applied to anyone that has made up their mind TS didn't see him...right?

with no knowledge of anything besides this Tony Stewart character being known for having a bad temper.

so based on the little evidence provided using his past is wrong in forming an opinion?

Why did Tony have less time to react than #45?

How limited is the view that, under a caution flag and moving relatively slowly compared to racing speeds, you can't see a stopped car and a person walking straight at you and trying to be seen?

That track is pretty wide, Tony is one of the most talented automobile manipulators anywhere, and he accelerated under caution, fish tailed his car, and killed a pedestrian.
If it was purely accidental, that would be incredible.

but this isn't a court of law

nobody could convict him of anything with the video

Then call it benefit of the doubt.

People were saying all kinds of crazy shite yesterday. That they heard his engine rev, saw the backend slide into Ward prior to the collision, rode higher than anyone else on the track, etc.

To claim he may have intentionally hit someone, yes.

I have a question about race procedures while under a yellow flag, are the drivers allowed to change positions or are they "locked" in until the all clear is given? Secondly, under a yellow flag, are the drivers required to drive a specific speed?

people say he didn't see him....i think he saw him. Nothing proves either side to be right.

You do realize he could have inteded to scare him and accidentally hit him right? this is my argument...i don't think he intentionally ran him over

Which is not the same argument as simply saying accidentally hit him.

Which is not what I asked if people had been arguing with you over.
