I don't, but I'm not stating it as a fact like some of you. It's the difference between using logic versus basing an opinion based on an emotional reaction

Big difference between an assumption and a fact. Apparently there are many who don't know the difference.
I am done.
I am done.

I've turned your own flawed logic around on you. The video evidence makes it apparent that TS made some sort of maneuver there at the last second and clipped the guy.
If that isn't enough to press charges and let a jury figure it out, then what is? Flooring it was a logical progression. If TS floored it and zipped by as fast as he could, would he then be culpable?
You act like all bets are off once a person decides to step in the road/track. I don't think he'll get convicted but there's probably enough to charge him. I actually think he'll lose in a civil trial because then what's "reasonable" will be much more of a factor.

I shouldn't have made that comment bc everyone is entitled to their opinion. The only opinions I don't agree with are he murdered him and he couldn't see him.

This thread has been enlightening in a non positive sort of way. The same people saying a professional driver should see a person on the track, in traffic, are saying he's unprofessional enough to screw up a driving maneuver meant to intimidate.

I'm back to argue the same points over and over that I've been arguing since page 65...
