Im actually pretty ticked he got dismissed. If it were two guys it would be a non issue and he would have gotten a 1 game suspension max. He was provoked and was also ht first. If you put it on paper and excluded the genders there would be no disagreement. Women are responsble for their actions as well.

The fact that so many dudes are defending a male punching a female in the face, regardless of whether she 'provoked' him or not, says a lot about today's society.

this x1000's.. it's actually kind of sickening.
not every situation is the same either.. if a girl is truly unstoppable and truly causing harm then so be it.. defend yourself.. but can't people use appropriate judgement?

Well they both would be arrested if that were the case. Just like she should have been for assault. She was the aggressor in this case. Under no circumstances is it ok to punch someone for no reason, male or female. Which makes them both wrong not just the male
I'm not saying what he did was right, but legally they both need to pay for their actions. One will be out of school in two months, the other taking courses at FSU.

Ftr, he has stated she also called him a n***, between the knee and punch in the face she gave him.
