Actually I read more about what athletes do in the community more than I read about a Ray Rice incident. If something bad happens, I will read it once and move on. I don't need to sit there and watch a 1 hour sportscenter episode that devotes 45 minutes to Ray Rice beating his girl in an elevator. It takes me all of 2 minutes to read that he's a piece of shite. I choose to ignore the rest of it and find the better news stories (like Warrick Dunn and the receiver from FSU who's name escapes me at this time).

Thank you. I had no idea people did that shite to some female basketball player at a D3 school back in 2003. It was on Outside The Lines. She would turn her back to the flag to protest the Gulf War, she got death threats, hate, etc. How can a grown arse men threaten some college girl for not facing a flag, tough guys. But they are the first to scream PC. Pussification of America, etc.
If a damn football player wants to sit, let him sit. Not like the guy is telling his teammates to sit. shite people, is it really that serious. Seems like they want to control him, MAKE him stand up. I see people at football, basketball and baseball games holding a beer in hand, hat on, some even sitting, eating fricking food during the National Anthem.... say something to them, bet you guys won't. Pussy arse people. But they get tough on the internet talking shite, but when people do it in Person they won't step to them.

shite i can see if he did what they did at Mizzou, talk the whole team into protesting, sitting down, sitting out a game, etc. He's just sitting by himself.
