They're praying for Iron Bowl II.

If Verne and Gary were calling the ACC Title Game after this - we'd hear nothing but talk of the ACC being weak and how the public wants to see Bama.

Your logic doesn't follow what I'm saying.

Gary didn't mention anything about how DGB was able to get up, get separation, and come down with it such that it at least appeared like a catch. Instead, he immediately jumped up and said it was incomplete and had CBS look at 5 different angles before there was video evidence of it not being a catch. So yes, it is strong logic.

Also:

"THERE YOU GO! PICKED OFF!" - Verne.

Seriously.

he was right, it wasn't a catch. i'm blown away by how many people think verne and gary are biased. they get excited for both teams, for big plays, for good players, no matter who. grow up people -

Vern was all WOW and over the top for the Aubrun int.

On the fumble for the touchdown ... Very business like.

He is horrible and biased.

That fumble recovery for a touchdown was the first time I heard either of them get wound up at all for a big play by Missouri. And there have been many already this game.

i haven't noticed. then again - i have no vested interest in this game. your love or mizzou or hatred of auburn, whichever it is, is giving you selective hearing.

I've always felt Vern is terrible. But listening to this with no interest in who wins ... He's just audibly biased. Bug time?

Verne creaming himself for a team from Alabama? This is new news.

Only part of that td "catch" I hated was Gary claiming how amazing he was that he saw the bobble with his own eyes lives. frick you, you didn't see a god damn thing just like the rest of us. But the rest of us don't have a control booth in our ear letting us know an angle shows it might have been no catch.

Vern is pathetic, period.

Maybe he'll mistake a replay for live game action again.

"He would have caught that if it weren't for Therezie getting his hand in there... O and he was out of bounds." - Gary

He actually did catch it. Had he landed in bounds, it would have been a touchdown. Shut up, Gary.

Why would you be thinking that? I'm a Missouri fan as well as a LSU fan.
