Everyone gets it, not just BYU. There's quite a few Mormon players in the west (although most that don't go to BYU don't take missions).

Xavier Su'a-Filo for UCLA was the starting LT in 2009, went on a mission, started on the OL in 2012 and is starting again this year as a Junior.

Yeah, there's some sort of age limit, not sure what it is though. I just know that most go either before they enroll or after their Freshman year.

Not true actually. Most Mormon guys who play anywhere go on missions. And the Utes football team and university is rift at half Mormon.

Nope. The age limit is 25+. Most girls leave around 22 if they go at all (the vast majority don't).

I guess I've just been used to the ones that have signed with Washington. We've had quite a few sign over the past few years and none of them have taken missions even though they've contemplated it.
