So far, this featured group coverage is at least as good as other networks have provided.

I heard Phil spent 30 minutes on the first green in his first practice round.

He might have just as good of an idea of how to play this course over anyone other than Michael Putnam, who lives 2 miles from the course and has played it 50+ times.

Here's my thing...

Phil... he doesn't play very often so he has time, he lives on the west coast, this is the tournament he wants to win more than any other...

Why hasn't he played this course 5-10 times by now?

I think Mike Davis of USGA said Phil and Tiger were doing more prep than most.

There's no way Phil hasn't gotten up there and played this course at least a few times.

Johnny Miller hasn't hit Greg Norman with a folding chair yet.

I am disappoint.

Stopped listening to Brando once the TV coverage came on. What did he say?
