I just turned it on to catch replays and the first thing I see is Monfils battle to break it to 5-5 in the fifth set.

Patrick Mouratoglou (co-founder of Tennis Majors) has confirmed that he is working with Coco Gauff only till the end of Roland-Garros and clarified that he is not the official coach of the American teen.

Gauff split with coach Diego Moyano in early April and has since been seen working with Mouratoglou, whom she has known since she was 10 years old. The American has also trained at Mouratoglou’s academy in the south of France through the years.

In an interview with Canal+, Mouratoglou confirmed that the current arrangement was a stop-gap one until the end of the clay court major. “I’m not the official coach of Coco Gauff. Coco is part of my academy since she was 10. She doesn’t have a coach at the moment. She is going to play Roland-Garros. So I decided, per her request, to spend time with her on the court, to help her at least for Roland-Garros.”

That guy is all over the place. I never know who he is actually coaching.

I have some small plays on Stan and Karate Kid today. Stan and Kokk is a good match. It looks like Thanasi is taking control after a second set battle.

I read somewhere that he split with Rune but then he was right back with him.

Taro up 3-0 in the 2nd on God.

Alcaraz to win RG without losing a set sure didn’t last long if anyone had it.

Stan fought off four MPs in the last game, but just could not break through.

I think this Purcell/Shelton doubles team might have some legs to it. Though maybe not on Clay. Shelton with his monster serve and heavy forehand matched with Purcell's net game as a serve and volley specialist. Purcell has some solid doubles experience with a Wimbledon title and Australian Open Final last year. On the other hand, Purcell's success has been with Ebden, so this pairing with Shelton might not make it too far.

JP Varillas comes back down 0-2 for the second match in a row. First Shang, now old man RBA.

Hurkacz-Griekspoor had a solid 3rd set TB with Griekspoor taking it 15-13. Griekspoor now up a break in the 4th, Hurk is already looking to get out the dirt and onto grass.

Wow. Jinxed it big time. Hurk breaks to even things up at 5-5. Let's see how long this pending TB can go.

My exact quote, since deleted: "Griekspoor breaks then holds to 0. This one is over."

Going five. Hurka is a weird guy. He looks lethargic, but just kind of keeps grinding.
