I know he isn't fighting, was hoping to god he wasn't going to enjoy leisure sauna time when Beezy has his camera on duty.

I decided to keep it strictly business and left the phone in the locker.
Nothing exciting. I actually was the only fighter headed to the gym this run. Tom lawler hitched a ride to the store on the way but that was it.
Just ran 2 miles, walked 5 minutes then jumped in the steam room for about 15

When are weigh ins? How often are you weighing yourself the day of the weigh ins?

Weigh INS are Sunday.
We have to pre weigh at 9, the official weigh at 4
I will get on the scale at 9 to check official weight, then cut and check again against my scale. When I'm on, I won't weigh again until live weigh in

Clementi will be here in the next hour or so, and we wil go down and train once he gets settled in.
Probably sweat off another 2 pounds, go to sleep at 166, wake at 165
tomorrow is the primary cut day. I will try to get close tomorrow. Best case scenario is 158 by bedtime tomorrow night. But I would settle for 160.
I first got here and weighed at 175. That was yesterday

Eta, the white are showing the front. The black are showing the back.
The reverse side of each color looks like it's opposite in the pic.
So on the back of the white there is a big musclepharm logo and yellow fighters warehouse logo
Wear the white ones. Dos Anjos' blood will look better in hi def on the white ones.

thanks for the behind the scenes look at things. it's pretty cool. by the way, I saw some people mention yelling shite after the fight...I'd like for you to yell "Fire Gary Crowton" like some, but I think a "Who Dat" will suffice

Haha... I mean I don't get nuts and gorge or anything.
But cutting water weight, so the main thing I'm worried about is liquid.
I have to stay away from carbs as they hold 3 times their weight in water, which can make shedding the last pounds difficult, but lean proteins and dietary fibers are good
