Why are so many players from South La? I thought all the North La types rave about how great North La HS football is. What about recuriting some home boys from West Monroe, Bastrop, Neville etc

But short of Ensminger, I haven't ever heard of these guys. I would dare say that none of these guys were offered a schollie by LSU. I know Ensminger originally went to Auburn and then transferred to Tech.

Ensminger is one of the worst players on that list. These guys did not have LSU offers, but many of them have been/will still be very good D1 players.

Actually, it isn't. ULM and TECH have comparable fan support. The difference is that Tech fans have delusions of grandeur and ULM fans are much more realistic.

Ole Miss, Miss St, and Auburn hit the Southeast. They get a few from Louisiana. They beat LSU on some.
