I am not in the mood to take part in the petty name arguments with LSU fans that have absolutely no idea what they are talking about. The real story here is that The University of Louisiana is ranked in the top 15 of a preseason poll.

You know what sucks for the Dash, even when they have great accomplishments, like being preseason ranked #14, they are still overshadowed by the Louisiana state university. Kind of reminds me of 2000.

The name thing is really bad for ULL. Their fans attack LSU, ULM, La Tech and their own Administration. How is all that helpful ? Of course when we (LSU) simply mention it , the conversation shifts to how butthurt we are.
