So what does everyone think about the Edgar/ Mendes fight tonight?
Thinking about going with Frankie to win at -125

gonna be siiiiiiiiiick.
Should be on a PPV They fricked up by burying that match in between the page n' sage hype and McGregor/Aldo.
I mean where else you gonna put it, right before the aldo/mcgregor to sort of the set the stage for the next hype train w/ the featherweight strap... I get it.
But that fight is good enough on its own to deserve a push and sell some tickets despite both Frankie and Mendes being seen as great talents that have trouble winning the big one.
In WWF terms, Frankie and Chad would be setting up for an Intercontinental title run here.

As a Conor fanboy, im glad i can go back to rooting for Chad. He's a good tough dude and a good fighter. I think he wins.
If that happens, and Conor beats Jose convincingly, a Mendes/Mcgregor rematch would be more appealing than a Mcgregor/Aldo rematch IMO.

Weigh ins live on FS1 now!!!

The only chance Imo for Chad is to one punch KO him. Just clipping Frankie won't be enough, he'll just go into zombie guard. Frankie 50-45.

McGoober looks like a cancer patient on his death bed. He better hope it doesn't go past 3.

Jose has notoriously difficult weight cuts too. Both guys are hurting right now, I promise you.

Scary how bad Conor looked though. He had that crazy, drugged, Ronda look at weigh-ins.

Yeah, he definitely looked rough. I can't quite remember what he looked like at the Mendez weigh-ins. Here is a pic.
Yeah, he looked better then than today.

Nice KO by Herrera. Good to see a 125'r that can shut the lights out

McGoober absolutely cuts more than Aldo and he looked terrible at the weigh in. His pupils were severely dilated. Jose looked a bit gaunt, but nothing like Conor.
We have to remember that without IVs, it is going to be much harder for him to recover. He may get the shits and not be able to retain fluids. Will be interesting to see his energy level tomorrow night.

Has been some decent fight tonight for a change.

yea LaFlare looks like he actually wants to fight. Pierce had a chance to finish him and instead of going after it he ducked into a takedown attempt.

Yessir, that first fight was entertaining. Guess those were the TUF finalists?

I don't think so. This TUF had an International gimmick and both of those dudes were hispanic-americans

His hair and beard are much longer there. That hides A LOT.

It doesn't hide enough. He looked awful today.

10/4. I haven't watched the last several seasons of TUF. I don't know this guy that's fighting Gonzaga but he's looking pretty good.
Gonzaga looks slow tonight
