Yep, Rockhold's a little more finesse imho while Weidman's more physical.

Team Weidman here! I think the champ can handle the fire a little better and Rockhold's gonna eat elbows for dinner during the match and soup for breakfast, lunch, and dinner for a few weeks after.

I'm not one who is big on fighter's physiques (like how everyone drools over Ubereem), but this guy is going a little extreme with his powerlifting imo. Best body types for mma are tall, long, & lean imo (i.e.: Anderson, old Jones, Pettis, Tony Ferguson, Diaz bros, etc). I love a motivated Jon Jones, but I hope he isn't doing the wrong thing with all of this muscle building....hope it doesn't hurt his fighting abilities. Dude is fully addicted

Wow dude is jacked. It's crazy to think Jones was running thru the baddest dudes on the planet and he didn't even give a shite about training. A motivated and focused Jones is terrifying.

Can't see anyone beating Weidman @ 185 right now. Wonder if GSP is big enough to move up? Now that would be a super fight I'd be interested in.

A non-motivated and non-focused Jones is terrifying.

So the Aldo/McGregor overexposure earlier this year has kinda this upcoming fight ho-hum as almost every dang main event the last 2 years has been delayed or scrapped.

That card is amazing right now; don't jinx it!!

Let's wait a bit and see if Cruz can stay healthy enough to make the fight. Dude has one fight in 4 years.

Well, he doesn't have to worry about competition PED testing....

This. The trick is to use for the gains. Then manage and maintain naturally.

Problem is the psychological effects of PEDs often are the best attribute of using them.

Formiga vs. Cejudo is a fight that's really under the radar right now.

125#'rs aren't all that exciting but this is a match up that should be much more than little guys bouncing around the octagon like Peter Pan.

Also Diego Sanchez's crazy arse is on the card, something about him draws out a curiousity factor to want to witness carnage.

Is there an Ultimate Fighter thread?

Uriah said he just got finished getting paid from the Aldo fight that was like 5 years ago.

There isn't. Really, the last few seasons haven't deserved one. I haven't even watched this week's episode yet. Will probably watch it today.

I haven't really kept up with it this season either. Probably the last on that I watched closely was the most recent womens season. The show really has jumped the shark. Even the Connor factor has not helped it any for me. The only thing that would probably revive the series for me would be to do another comback season.

The fights/fighters have truly sucked the last few seasons.

I've been watching, mostly just DVR it, FFW to the fight and delete. Watching Connor and Euro crew go "AY! AY! AY! AY!" during the fight gets annoying.

This hasn't helped matters either.
