Just because she might wear lipstick wouldn't change the fact you're basically with a dude in the Russian mafia.
I don't know what her genome/chromosome/hormone stats are but if she was in any way trained in the Russian system, she probably has internal testes by now.

Wow this is dumb. If you count Russia and the USSR with it's 15 or so republics together, since drug testing started in the Olympics, they have only one more medal revoked due to PED / doping than the US.
