Pretty crazy. He wasn't really taking that much damage. Should've just ridden out the final round. Not a good look at all.
his right eye looked like it was completely closed up. Allen was hitting him hard on the ground with elbows and some punches. That was a lot of damage, even after just round 2.

I didn’t see this coming. Deridder looked so impressive in his last 2 fights. Thought he’d win this one with ease.

Watching knockouts is fun. But, it's way more impressive to me to watch a guy just systematically break a guy down and make him quit. That was awesome.

De Ridder's opponent was supposed to be Anthony 'Fluffy' Hernandez.

Maybe Hernandez would have given him the Roman Dolidze treatment, make him keep standing up. That was almost a mercy RNC from Hernandez to end the Dolidze fight.

Might have been another destruction for Hernandez if he had fought RDR tonight.

Khamzat vs. Hernandez would be an interesting fight. The one thing people always question with Khamzat is his gas tank, and Hernandez has made his name wearing guys out. Seems like Hernandez would be a lot smaller than Khamzat, though, not sure.

The Dolidze fight is a good example of a fighter who fought through a humiliating and absolute beatdown but who still came out round after round after the result was apparent in the first. Dolidze eventually took a more respectable way out of the fight by clinging to the first remotely plausible opportunity to tap in the fourth. For a fighter like RDR, fighting in a championship eliminator, to not even answer the bell was the worst way that fight could have ended.

It looked like you could see Irene Aldana's skull and she didn't throw in the towel. For better or worse, fighters are expected to take the beating.

He did something similar in ONE last year:
