I'm probably most intrigued by the Cannonier-MVP fight.

I think Chimaev takes DDP.

I understand that Chicago is a shitty place, but why was the press conference a pro Chimaev crowd?

I was wondering if you were going to make it. Should be an awesome night. I picked up tickets for 320. That will be my first UFC event outside of LA.

That’s awesome should be a great card. If you need any recommendations for Vegas hit me up. I’m still up in the air on if I will go to that one

Thanks. Flying in Thursday night. Power Slap Friday and 320 Saturday. Home Sunday. Figured we’d just be hanging by the pool during the day. No dinner plans yet. Anywhere near T Mobile that you recommend hanging out/eating before the fights start?

That's an awesome card. I'd that 319, 320, and 322 probably the best 3 cards of 2025.

Right by t mobile they have a plaza area that has a lot of restaurants. Shake shack. Salt bae restaurant was there but not sure if that was still open. A beerhaus style bar and a few others. Also park mgm is right there and has some decent options. Most people going to the fights crowd up in that plaza

Definitely not the worst ever, but absolutely a head scratcher that it wasn’t 29-28 Barbosa.

I was certain it was going to be a unanimous 30-27 Barbosa. When they announced 29-28, I was like, what fricking round did Silva win? Then a unanimous Silva decision?!

Silva got her arse beat

Round 2 was close and could see it going Silva

Round 3 Silva was much closer to finishing anything while the other girl was gassed and not pushing much.

I bet Barbosa there, thought she won, but I still see it I guess

Typical MMA judging even at the highest level of the sport. There are simpy only two reasons this keeps happening,

1. They are truly incompetent and don’t know what they’re doing.

Or (and most likely)
2. They are being paid off to rig scorecards.

This happens almost every single week and everyone is in an uproar about it for a couple hours and then it just goes away. On to the next event and nothing ever gets done about it.
