Sean Strickland (c) -125 vs. Dricus du Plessis +105, middleweight title
Mayra Bueno Silva -160 vs. Raquel Pennington +135, women's bantamweight title

How to watch: ESPN+ PPV
Not the best card for sure but hopefully there are some decent scraps. definitely looking forward to strickland vs du plessis. That should be a great fight. even more interesting is that strickland basically threatened du plessis and said if you bring up the shite from my childhood I am fricking you up at the press conference, going to jail, and the fight is off. Gonna be interested to see if du plessis takes the bait. if that fight gets canceled this might be the worst card of all time. outside of that fight not much to talk about.
with that said there are some great cards coming up. I am definitely looking forward to ufc fight night mexico city as I will be attending that card. I have been wanting to experience one of these international cards and this one should be alot of fun.
298 looks fun, 299 is one of the most stacked cards I can remember the prelims are gonna be more stacked than 297 main card, and 300 is starting to shape up.

Always appreciate all the info. Quick question, who do you think headlines 300 and what about the comain? I have lots of thoughts but I don't wanna influence or persuade any opinions.

It has. There hasn’t been a loaded card in quite a while. Blame football season tho. They tend to have their best cards when. There is less viewing competition. It’s a business

not really. 296 sucked because nobody wanted to fight but it had alot of talent on the card.
295 was pretty stacked as well.
294 was kinda meh mostly because it was in UAE and had to feature muslim talent.

im definitely going to 299 might take a break from 300 unless they do something big. I have been to vegas too much. I am ready for a houston card .....
dont sleep on that mexico city fight night that card has some bangers. cant wait for that one. Outside of the big conor mcgregor cards I havent seen a ufc sell out as fast as that mexico city card and by sell out I mean not a single ticket available. even on the resale sites there are barely any tickets available.

I rather they give it to Khamzat if Strickland wins. Izzy is 1-2 his last 3 fights, 3-4 his last 7. But Izzy vs DDP makes sense because of their beef.

that would be pretty disappointing headliners of a marquee card. a chick fight and a meaningless fight between a 145er and a 155er where max is gonna get destroyed just like he did against poirier. 299 is way more stacked. and why is gaethje fighting max anyway? he should be fighting islam if charles isnt fighting islam.

only fight id like to see with diaz is vs conor because both guys are finished anyway. outside of that maybe seeing him get destroyed by mike perry in bkfc but he is too smart to take that fight.

Win or lose, max is always an entertaining fight. Poirier/Holloway was awesome & I expect the same for the gaethje fight.
Islam said he wants to fight Gaethje in June. I guess he didn’t want to wait around & Oliveira/Arman is on this card too.
Islam will fight the winner of either fight, maybe June or later

Exactly my thought when it came out. With this fight’s timing, he will have to wait for the winner of Armen/Charles to fight Islam in the fall. Why not wait a couple of more months to fight Islam? Maybe he doesn’t like his chances against the LW champ.
