quote:

No he is not. Those Khabib types are super strong and up against you smothering from start to finish. Their entire background is takedown wrestling and ground and pound. Chandler, Porier, and Gatheje are all sloppy as frick and fell right into those submissions.

Islam isn’t Khabib tho

And he makes one mistake with his ground and pound it’s a wrap. Charles bjj is that elite

I will bet 10k on Islam who will destroy oliveria on the ground.

Daniel Cormier already said in watching Islam train that he is light years better than him.

Charles is so good. He gets hit so eventually he will get caught and go out but by who? If gaethje and chandler couldnt do it who can?

Also rose was delusional, saying she won the fight. I had it 4-1 with her only winning the last round.

Dana will always take the money fight over the traditional stepping stone fight.

Islam v Charles is a fricking banger of a fight. That would be the most anticipated lightweight title fight since Khabib v. Conor.

It would also be the closest thing we probably ever get to Oliveira v Khabib.

The big difference in Islam v Khabib, however, is that Islam falls too much in love with his stand up and is a little more vulnerable.

And yes, he is a great wrestler, but Oliveira's submission game is next level. Neri the Islam nor Khabib ever fought anybody as dangerous as Olivera on the ground.

Dude literally owns the record for subs in the UFC.

I wonder how dariush would fare against oliviera. His jj is good so i think he wouldnt mind being on the ground but olivieras hands are alot better.
