James Toney is for real. Dude is the most straight up and honest athlete out there. He's like Charles Barkley. If he really submitted King Mo in training dude will be more trouble than people realize.

The stand-up game in professional MMA is hella sloppy. That's why Anderson Silva is so dominant, his striking is very tight and accurate. People writing off James Toney don't know shite about the sport.
