@RapSheet: Bad news for #Cardinals DB Tyrann Mathieu. Tests confirmed not only a torn ACL but also a torn LCL. More significant than originally thought.

What's the healing time for this injury? Will the Badger be back for camp in July?

@RapSheet: Tearing multiple ligaments indicates a longer rehab for Tyrann Mathieu. Will have to wait for 10 days before surgery so LCL can heal a bit

Damn. Hate to see that. He was having a hell of a year and was pretty much lock for defensive rookie of they year or whatever that award is called.

players need to learn in the situation he was in (getting wrestled to the ground bye one guy in a crowd of others)) its better to just go down then get your body wrenched around and opened to easy shots. Just get down.

He was having a great year but that linebacker on the bills was going to win ROY.

The fact the he actually jogged a few steps on his leg afterwards is crazy. The guy is a true hard-arse.

not that uncommon actually. Deuce sprinted off the field when he blew out his knee.

Didn't he strip the ball on the play he was injured?
