Outside of Cleveland, the entire division has a chance(albeit a longshot) to finish better than their number 2 team

I'm saying that every team in the southwest could finish above the rest of Cleveland's division. Not saying Cleveland is better than all of the southwest

They are going to need some time to work together.

But it's not a outright given fact that Houston/Memphis are worlds better than Cleveland, Indiana, and Chicago.

Dallas isn't doing shite this year.

I'd say Houston is and Memphis has a really good shot at it considering the way these teams are formatted.

I'm not sure what point you are trying to make. Carlisle is regarded as one of the best.

Nobody I know of... Couldn't even name the divisions. I'd have a better guess at hockey conferences before NBA divisions
