Or where did the missile come from?

Or how about this: why even get planes involved at all? If bombs took down the WTC, why even have planes? You could always pin it on terrorists and get the same results. Same thing with the Pentagon.

stop asking completely logical questions. I refuse to take on truthers. It is so stupid, it is not even worth my time. Seeing as how I'm pretty sure you may be smarter than me, i offer the friendly suggestion to do the same

The 9/11 conspiracy theory is the worst conspiracy theory.

two men can keep a secret if one of them is dead

except in this instance 1,000s of people across different federal agencies and private companies all conspired to pull off the biggest hoax "ever ever in the history of everdom" so we could get some oil and revenge for w's daddy.

and yet, no one has come forward. There is not one shred of credible evidence anywhere. damn that george bush, he outfoxed us all. Do people understand the requisites of pulling off something like this?

It seems like he was just asking questions, that doesn't make him a 9/11 "truther".

this is about where I stand

I mean... do I believe the public has been told every single detail the gov't has uncovered?

No.

Do I believe that the Bush admin was pushed by war hawks and political/corporate interests (from both parties BTW) to use 9/11 to further their various agendas?

Yes.

Do I think they orchestrated the whole thing from the word go?

Hell no.

I can't defend his right to his opinion?

But yeah, absolute truth in the entire world resides with everything you think you know. Talk about elitist arrogance or blind adherence to what you're told...because lets face it, I doubt you're out there getting information on your own.

"All I know is that I know nothing." - Socrates

This world is already too full of enough people who don't question anything.

So yeah, Pete's stance shouldn't ruffle your feathers...you can sleep safe at night with the rest of the sheep.

Fooling the public doesn't take millions of people - it just takes a few at the top who monopolize are mediums of info...if it was so hard to pull off...why is it continually repeated throughout history?

Don't change the argument. This isn't about his rights. I hate when people do this. Someone says something stupid and people say, "He has a right to say it!" No shite. NO ONE is saying he doesn't have the right to say it. He has every right to say it.

What we're saying is that it's completely moronic.

False.

Right. Because I formed my view of what happened based on basic common sense and not totally absurd and impossible conspiracy ramblings from grainy youtube videos.

This isn't about questioning things. Go ahead and question 9/11 all you want. Question it until you find the true answer. But if you do this with an open mind to all possibilities you will see that the idea that this was a conspiracy perpetrated by our own government is absolutely ludicrous.

It doesn't ruffle my feathers. It makes me think he's an idiot.

Some things are so far-fetched, so outlandish, so absurd, fly so directly in the face of all logic and common sense that to espouse them doesn't make you edgy, or non-conformist, or "awakened," it makes you stupid.

This isn't about consensus, or being sheep, or going with the flow. It's about basic common sense.
