Mr./Ms. Reubaltaich: Re: Cayden Pierce, WM 2020 FB/H-Back Please clear the air with your doubting/out of left field comment. CP will be back with the Rebels...or I’m wasting lots of money on his football camps this summer. Thank you for correcting that for me.
Glad to hear that Cayden will be back on the football field this fall.
He is an outstanding player and great young man.
Hoping for the best for Cayden

Thanks for doing that.
Go Rebels.
Go Rebels.

When Arledge finally retires who is going to replace him? Some local political choice or someone from a national search?

That’s not a good choice, hope that never happens.

Take it up with the folks who are neck deep in the program.
He is the next HC and unless something drastic changes until that transpires there is nothing to do about it. Those who matter like him and he will be next coach.

That is what I was afraid of...the good ole boy network is back WM circa pre-1989. The program will suffer.

When he was filling in for Arledge two seasons ago you could tell the difference defensively.
Sloppy, undisciplined, and no adjustments. Arledge comes back and by end of season they were humming along nicely until Zachary.
Arledge is an excellent and underappreciated coach. He is a defensive coach first. I believe this season they finally win state. Acadiana will be the biggest threat.

It was really evident in the drop off when Arledge was suspended. I truly hope they don't go that route or the program will nose dive.

Isn't Osborne Arledge's son inlaw ot related somehow?

We will see.
I think Zachary lost too much my from that senior class.
Acadiana on the other hand is nasty and could easily go back to back these next two years. They have a sophomore tailback next year who is best in the state. Loaded backfield from Keiland Williams son to Dillan Monette.
Another George is coming through also who will be a big recruit in a couple years at DE or OLB around 6'2" 230. His brother was Claude George who played on 2010 state title team.
