Pretty sure everyone is going to have Kobe and Wade as their one-two, so to make this actually interesting, let's go with the next 5 after them.
Whoya got?
Off the top of my head with no research I'd probably say:
Joe Johnson
Manu
Kevin Martin
Monta
Ray Allen

Roy?
Depends on his knees
Doesn't he come off the bench for Portland now?

What do you call Wade? I can understand not considering Kobe a SG (even though I think he is), but Wade definitely is.
ETA: Ah, I didn't read the OP, just the subject.

Tyreke Evans and Brandon Roy should be included. Even though their both hurt right now.

He is ranking the 3rd through 7th best SG in the L. It actually makes sense, but the title is deceptive.

The answer is:
In whatever order,
Johnson
Bryant
Wade
Ellis
Roy

Again, roy has huge injury issues. Evans is not on the level of joe johnson or ellis.

Why do you have Johnson over Wade and Kobe?

I don't. That was in no order.

Oh okay.
Johnson is big enough to be a SF, but even then for his size, he should be more dominant at the 2.

And I have to adjust my list.
I'll take Manu in my top 5. Over Ellis probably. But maybe over Roy because Roy is hurt a lot.
Bryant
Ginobli
Johnson
Wade
Roy/Ellis

Has Marcus Thronton been mentioned yet? Reading the Hornets board, you'd swear he's a shoe-in for the HOF.

In order.
Kobe
Wade
Ginobili
Kevin Martin
Joe Johnson
Hon. Mention
Eric Gordon
Montae Ellis
Roy when healthy is definitely top 5. But he'll likely never be healthy again
