According to multiple team sources, the Falcons are cautiously optimistic that Gonzalez, the second-leading receiver in NFL history, will return for another potential title run in 2013. Sources close to Gonzalez, an unrestricted free agent, said he is contemplating a return at the right price, provided he can miss some or all of training camp this summer.

"He will come back if they pay him $7 million and he doesn't have to do training camp," said one Falcons player familiar with Gonzalez's thinking.

Of course he will return with a price. You expect him to play for free?

Being 10 yards short of going to the Super Bowl is considered a title run. So yes

I thought a title run actually meant winning a title?

So wouldn't every team in the NFL then be going for a potential title run each year? Or is the article referring to a division title? I'm really not trying to troll. It's just terribly written.

With that being said...would be absolutely huge for the Falcons.

At this point in his career he is not worth half that amount. The Falcons would be foolish to drop $7M on him when they could get multiple, solid players for $7M.

10 yards from the Super Bowl is considered a title run.
You have the Super Bowl winner and three others that were part of a title run.

Aww Are you butthurt Saints fan? You mad because big bad Goodell caught your team cheating while we ran away with the division?

Saints are going to be better next year but are in no way going to run away with the division the way we did
