Are these cases similar? Whilst the Steelers have not totally face planted like the patriots did one could make the case that all tomlins real success are because of Big Ben and the leftover premade winner from bill cowher.

Tomlin's greatest achievement is what he did with Bell and AB. Keeping them happy in a locker room together... Nobel peace prize worthy

Tomlin is a great coach. I'd take him in a heartbeat if the Steelers ever let him go.
His problem is he's always willed the Steelers to a winning record keeping them picking in the middle of the draft, for a decade plus.
