Taken from a Bucs message board. Everywhere he lives he brings championships. Is Brady the GOAT athlete of all time? I think this puts that conversation to rest.

*Just noticed whoever made this can't spell Lightning

I mean. He's at least bathing in the blood of virgins or something.

Can't tell me that banning strawberries alone will let a guy who has played NFL Football look like this at 43:

Poor Blanda looks like he had a few Presidential terms by 43.

If Tom Brady prays, we need to figure out to who, because that god absolutely is real

3 ints, 78 yards in a championship game half and you win. I need to ask that god for some money baws

Helps to have 202 yards and 3 TDs in the other half

Winning a conference championship game with an overall passer rating of 76 is still worthy of having a kind and merciful god

This is a dumb point lol. That means he was amazing the first half. Also the Bucs didn’t win the 2nd half so I’m really not sure what your point even actually is. Brady played good the first half, Bucs won first half. Brady played bad the 2nd half, Bucs lost the 2nd half

Brady played a very bad game of football and his team won. That doesnt happen often in the modern nfl

Two qbs from that day

QB A

55%--280 yards--3 tds--3ints--73.8 rating

QB B

69%--346 yards--3 tds--1 int--101.6 rating

I would say in todays nfl QB A's team wins maybe 5% of the time with the play of the quarterback has that big of a discrepancy

Hence, the joke of having a good god

Have you considered that Tampa Bay is misspelling lightening?

Gretzky is great and all but how did the other teams in the cities he played do? Seems kind of selfish that he would keep his greatness contained to himself, no?

If you told me that QB A outplayed QB B in the first half and had his team up 10, I think that changes the percentage. Maybe if QB B didn’t average 7.2 yards per attempt in the game, the same number as cam Newton this season, his team would have won.

Unless their mascot was someone losing weight and lightening themselves... no.

Lightning, the one that is associated with thunder, is spelled without the "E."

I'm not going to research it, but I would bet it's higher than that. D. Watson put up huge numbers this year and had a terrible record. Plus QBs can pad their stats when playing from big defecits against prevent defenses.

Another point: passer rating doesn't account for a more nuanced analysis of raw stats - things like down and distance, or a WR breaking free for a big gain after a missed tackle. For example, a deep ball interception on 3rd and 9 from your own 40 yard line is effectively the same thing as a punt. But red zone picks are a killer, especially a pick 6. Passer rating treats all interceptions the same when they are not.
