I guess we can agree to disagree on that? I really don't think it's the Hornets' year to win it all, I still see the Cavs or Celtics versus Lakers or Rockets. I just refuse to accept the MAVS being a better team than the Hornets.

Boom and GHAZI, anyone that acts like its a forgone conclusion your team is SOOOO much better than another playoff type team and your team is not the Celtics, Lakers, or Cavaliers then they are fooling themselves.

I never said that, in fact, I said that Houston hasn't been playing up to anybodys expectations thusfar. But I will say that I'd rather play the Hornets in the playoffs than almost any other Western Conference playoff team. They just don't impress me.

NOBODY I didn't say the Mavs were MUCH better than Hornets, I just said they were better.
I also conceded that we're not at the level of the Celtics, Cavaliers, and Lakers right now. But we will be in June. :)

Look the Hornets are clearly the best team in the NBA. Sure they have some losses but they have been injury riddled. the difference between the hornets injuries and other teams injuries is that its fluky when the hornets get injured. their players arent injury prone, so its weird when they get injured. As for other teams such as the rockets, injuries of part of their game, they wont get anywhere with that shite.
Also, due to these fluky injuries the hornets have been able to rest many of their players who have been injured. Peja who has been known to "choke" in the playoffs has simply been tired at the end of the year. The valuable time off hes had will surely spur him on to one of the greatest playoff performances ever, considering he is one of the greatest shooters ever.
Another option is Julian Wright who byron scott has been saving for the playoffs. Why show all ur top secret plays and ur best weapon during the regular season? frick the regular season. This also allows other guys to get more minutes and be able to adjust to the system. This has become valuable for Sean Marks who will surely develop into a force once he adjusts to the pace of the Hornets style of play.
Back to injuries, the Hornets have had 3 valuable players miss games, Tyson Chandler, Morris Peterson, and Peja Stojkajkcjnijbiab. All three of these are valuable as Tyson was an olympic reserve, Peja is one of the greatest shooters ever, and Mo pete will be up for 6th man of the year.
The Hornets are a better team than the team that lost in 7 games to the spurs. The addition of Posey and Daniels fill holes. They got rid of a fluky shooter in pargo. Butler is back and hes proved to be starter quality. THe acquisition of sean marks gives us another big man, and young players like CP3, hilton armstrong, and julian wright have improved.
