So the report of refusing the breath test and smells of alcohol are completely bogus? Shocker
I guess so. Unless Tiger's team was able to cover it up somehow

Is that confirmed, or just from Tiger's statement?
Per the police report, he took the breathalyzer and passed

Seems to be confirmed from the police report.

I am also not one of the most prople on the planet that has sponsors paying him tons of money based on his image more now than his golf game... say what you want but his image is gonna take a big hit here... there were problaby at least 300-400 DUI'S in Florida alone that night, he just happened to be the most recognizable of them....

All Tiger knows in this world is competitive golf. He is in the argument as the greatest ever. Tiger will likely never be a competitive golfer again.
He needs to find purpose or this ends bad for him.

At station or in the field.
Big difference.
By the time they booked him and did the BAC...could have worn off.
I think he was doing his Vicodin which is now a street drug and will mess you up driving...most 100% had a benzo...to help him relax and that shite will put you to sleep...with half a beer. Lorazopam probably...
When he says unexpected reaction...there is no unexpected reactions from multiple drugs that interact to put you down like a tranquilized horse.
I'm sure it's a pain killer, with a benzo (which nobody should ever drive after taking as all doctors tell you) and maybe a glass of wine that wore off by the time he was finally tested...probably hours and hours later after sleeping on the side of the road.

Why do some people think driving around fricked up on prescription opiates is better than driving around drunk. Hes still a pos for this

Perception.
And the fact that 1/8 of this country is addicted to Rx drugs.
And they will frick you up more than booze.
You can monitor booze and especially beer and wine.
You take a few too many pills, you are Tiger sleeping in a ditch saying "unexpected reaction."
Was your 12 Bud Lights an unexpected reaction?
Was that last Jager shot - a shock to the system?
This is what killed Heath Ledger. Over-prescribing or abusing.
And it's often not even abuse by the patient of prescription drugs. Doctor's over-prescribe and if you are famous you can see many doctors giving you anything you want. Ala Michael Jackson.
Tiger was driving impaired...extremely impaired and there's no way around it if he fricking passed out at the wheel. He could have plowed into a house and killed a bunch of kids.
But he'll get off because we are hung up on Colt45 instead of prescription drugs which are more potent to make you impaired than alcohol.

1909 – Smoking Opium Exclusion Act
Banned the importation, possession and use of "smoking opium". Did not regulate opium-based "medications". First Federal law banning the non-medical use of a substance.
Then alcohol prohibition...in 1920
Then after that...heroin prohibition in 1924.
But then housewives got depressed and white suburban housewives needed comfort...unlike stupid unmarried junkies.
So happy pills came.
Horse Tranquilizers then benzodiazepines then Prozac and worse some strong SSRI's which is Opium resurrected with a doctor's Rx.
Centers for Disease Control and Prevention reports that from 1999 through 2000, 10% of women and 4% of men used such drugs each month.
That number grew this past decade to 20%.

50s.
All these opiates were legal as long as they were from big pharma.
