Let's clear up all this whole false narrative the media has been pumping out all day based on a few images. Today's fog delay and range time was nothing more that a few veterans and a handful of new guys talking golf, life and Instagram superstars. No one was soliciting advice and all swing talk was relegated to PP's super-long swing back in 1993 when he and The Big Cat wet toe-to-toe at Torrey Pines for Junior World.
In some cases a picture may tell a thousand words. In this case, don't believe the hype. C'mon now...

Looks like he's hitting it very thin. I know he's trying to do lower trajectory shots, but that takes such precision or you will have the results he's having now.

Zero to no divot. I know not all chip shots warrant a divot, but usually there's something.

You should be able to hit chip shots off a green and not make a divot if you are using the bounce

Right. That's why I said not ALL chip shots require a divot. But if you noticed in the tournament last week he made zero divot in almost every chip shot. Maybe he's trying to use the bounce on all of them, I don't know. He's lost his focus or something. Way too much wrist action too. He'll have it all fixed soon I am sure. It's Tiger.

I don't know dude. He was laying the sod over pretty good at the Hero. In me my opinion he is not using the bounce enough. He is basically skullfricked right now.
