I'd love to see someone pay homage to Hideo Nomo.

Yes, I’m not a fairy boy who’s never thrown a baseball.

I'm 66, but think I can still throw it to the catcher.I threw a three-day-old biscuit at a squirrel Wednesday and almost hit him from across my backyard. He was probably 20 yards away and it was a little biscuit.

Don't ask me to throw a javelin, though. A couple of years ago I was rolling a wheelbarrow across my front yard after picking up limbs in the yard. A little oak limb, about the thickness, and length of a javelin, fell out. When I picked it up, I wanted to throw it. I got a little running start and flung it before I reached the ditch in my front yard. It went way higher than I meant for it. It went across the street and stuck in the ditch across a regular, two lane, street. I could see it sticking out above the road. I was throwing for the woods 10 yards from the street!

My Dad threw out the first pitch at a few Astros games and his goal was always to not bounce it in the dirt and not look like a queer throwing.

I would limber up the old noodle a bit with some windmills and then be able to chunk it from the rubber.
