Lol he only had/has aloepecia, KG did allegedly tell him he looked like he has cancer and then tried to publicly walk it back by saying “I said he is a cancer to his team”. A hilariously fricked up moment in sports trash talking that should put him top 5 IMO.
Reggie Miller is so milquetoast in the booth it has damaged his reputation as a trash talker but I guess he at least deserves to be in the conversation.
With more time Jalen Ramsey should get into the conversation, had some great Trump-esque quotes in that GQ article and after he got under AJ Green’s skin.
ETA: Also Bird and MJ are esily tGOAT modern trash talkers, Shaq might be up there too

Miller is top 5 for the interaction with Spike Lee alone. Also Jalen was teammates with him so I imagine he's overheard some things.

DJ Swearinger is the only one to provoke Peyton Manning into an unsportsmanlike penalty... but I think that was more for a rough preseason hit than talk.
